Since there is a chain of checks on the prints, returns are not foreseen. It is mandatory to check the goods received in the presence of the carrier. We advise you to do this systematically, package damaged or not.
If necessary, you will need to enter your reservations about the goods received on the shipping certificate (precisely describe the damaged parts).
Otherwise, your application will not be admissible. A signed shipping certificate certifies the conformity of the goods received.





The refund is provided in the event that, for an order already paid, cancellation is requested before sending to print.
